Spread Dijon on Ham slices, wrap Bacon and Ham around Pickle 1/8's, hold together w/Toothpics, bake on 350 until Bacon is fully cooked.
Boil potatoe 1/4's w/skins until soft, drain, mix in Sour Cream, Whipping Cream, Cooked and Chopped Bacon, Chopped Green Onions, and Butter, mix until smooth and Pepper to taste.
