Preparation

Combine all the marinade ingredients and marinate chicken for at least 4 hours.

Grill chicken until cook and slice into bite size pieces

In a frying pan with oil, add vegetables and cook for one min. Add marinade and cook for another minute.

Peel and cut salsa. Garnish with avocado, salsa and cilantro.
