Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
- 6 mint leaves
- 2 ounces Simple Syrup for Dirty Mojito
- 0.5 lime washed and cut into quarters
- 2 ounces golden rum
- 1 club soda
- 1 ice crushed
Preparation
Add the sugar and five mint leaves to an 8 ounce drinking glass. Muddle mixture. Add the simple syrup, squeeze the limes and drop them into the glass. Muddle the mixture again. Add the rum and fill the glass to the rim with crushed ice. Top off with club soda and stir to mix the ingredients. Garnish with mint leaf.
