In small skillet, melt butter. Add sugar, salt, pepper, and water and stir until smooth. When it is bubbling, add walnuts and stir until coated. Cook about 5 minutes until walnuts are carmelized. Set aside and cool before using in salad
Whisk honey and vinegar until smooth. Add the oils until dressing is creamy.
Mix salad ingredients together and then add the walnuts. Mix in dressing.
