Melt butter in a large skillet. Saute peppers and onions for 10 minutes until soft
Cut all the meat into bite size pieces. In another skillet, add olive oil and cook meat and shrimp over high heat until chicken is no longer pink. Start with the chicken and add sausage and shrimp a little bit later.
Add all of the meat to the vegetables. Slowly stir in the tomatoes, broth, and spices simmer for 10 to 20 minutes until it thickens. You can also add two tablespoons of cornstarch dissolved in two tablespoons of water to thicken.
Cook pasta in olive oil and salt. When done, add pasta to sauce and simmer until heated through.
