Ingredients
- 1 jar Prego Pasta sauce 28oz
- 6 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 container ricotta cheese 15oz
- 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese 2cups
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
1. In 2 quart shallow baking dish (11x7) spread 1 cup pasta sauce. Top with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1 cup pasta sauce. Top with remaining 3 uncooked lasagna noodles and remaining pasta sauce. Cover.2. Bake at 375* for 1 hour. Uncover and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Let stand 5 minutes.
MEAT OR MUSHROOM LASAGNA: Use 3 quart shallow baking dish (13x9). Proceed as in step 1. Top Parmesan cheese with 1 pound ground beef or sausage, cooked and drained, or 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms or 2 jars (4.5)sliced mushrooms, drained.
