Cook egg noodles el-dente
Beat chicken 1/4 inch thick, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning
Brown in 2 tbls. of olive oil; remove from pan and chop into pieces
Add butter to pan, brown shallots for 2 minutes
Sprinkle pan with flour; cook for 1 minute, add stock. When sauce bubles add
sour cream, nutmeg, noodles and chopped chicken
In a small pan melt 2 tbls of butter; mix in bread crumbs, cheese and parsley; top noodle mixture
