Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of cooked pasta I used half Ditali and half corkscrew
- 1 can of Tuna large drained and rinsed with cold water to get fishy taste out
- 0.25 cup of relish
- 3 celery diced very small
- 3 green onion diced very small
- 2 small red hot or mild pickled peppers for color diced re
- 2 Tb of capers
- 1 Tb diced black olives
- 1 Tb diced green olives
- 0.5 cup of Mayo
- 1 Juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Put all ingredients together and mix well, chill?.Use a little of the mayo first, and add more if you like, I like mine a little drier then creamier, if you like it creamier, then add more mayo.
