Melt butter over medium heat stirring constantly. Add milk and sugar. Bring to a full boil and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Then add marshmellow cream and vanilla. Add nuts. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Let cool. Cut inot squares. keep in a container with a tight seal. Makes about 3 pounds!
