Ingredients

  • 1 Boston Butt Roast
  • 1 Hickory Smoke Salt
  • 1 Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Carribean seasoning

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and use as a rub for the roast. Wrap the roast in tin foil and bake on 250 degrees for 14 hours.
