Brown the onions and hamberger meat ans seasonings in a skillet. Drain. Add all other ingredients except tortillas and cheese.Simmer for 2 minutes. Line a greased casserole with 6 tortillas and pour 1/2 the meat mixture over them. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese and repeat layers. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
