Ingredients
- 4 large russet potatoes (or potato of choice)
- 1 frying pan
- 1 cup of light oil (canola sunflower etc.)
Preparation
Scrub potatoes with a potato brush under cold water
cut off any bad spots or eyes
If you own an Ulu Alaskan knife use it to thin slice your potatos.
If not use a regular sharp knife to thin slice.
Get your oil hot and fry in batches.
Season with salt and your favorite spices
