1. Trim excess fat and cut meat in half.
2. Mix dry mustard, salt and pepper; pound seasonings into meat.
3. Brown meat quickly in hot oil and drain off excess fat.
4. Drain mushrooms reserving the liquid and worcestershire sauce to skillet.
5. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hrs.
6. Add mushrooms last and heat through.
