Trim fat from tenderloin. Sprinkle with pepper. Coat non stick pan with cooking spray. Add oil. Set on med high heat in pan until hot. Add tenderloin. Brown for about 10 minutes. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Place meat on roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Mix honey, vinegar and nuatard in a bowl Pour over meat. Place a thermometer of thickest part of meat and bake 30-35 minutes or till therometer reaches 160 degrees.Bast often with vinegar mixture.
