Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix divided
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 2 pkgs yeast
- 1 cup flour
- 21 can cherry pie filling
- 5 tbls butter melted
Preparation
Mix 1 1/2 cup cake mix with eggs, water, yeast and flour. Beat for 2 minutes. Spread into a 13x9 pan. Top with pie filling. In a seperate bowl mix remaining cake mix with butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of filling. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes.
Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 Tbls water
1 Tbls corn syrup
Mix and drizzle over warm cake.
