Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Reduced Sugard Orange Marmalade
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Mint chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger peeled
- 1 cup Jicama 3 x 1/4 inch strips peeled
- 1 ea Mango peeled, cut into thin slices
Preparation
1. Comine the first 4 ingredients in a small bow; stir well with a whisk
2. Combine Jicama and Mango in a medium bowl. Drizze marmalade mixture over jicama mixture; toss ently to coast.
