Brownies:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add cocoa, sugar and eggs. mix well. Add flour and mix again. Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in greased 8 x 8 pan. 350* 20-22 minutes. Recipe must be doubled to put in a 13 x 9 pan, which is just the right size for the frosting recipe below.
Frosting:
Mix milk and vinegar. Heat butter, milk and cocoa to boiling. Remove from heat and mix in vanilla and sugar. Pour onto brownies. Frosting will be runny but it hardens as it cools.
