Ingredients
- 4 ea Chicken breast halves boneless, skinless, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 can Pizza Dough
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Green pepper cut into 2 in x 1/4 in strips
- 1/2 cup Salsa thick n chunky
- 2 cups Monterey jack cheese shredded
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425? F. Spray a 12 inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough and place on sprayed pizza pan. Start at center and press out dough to edge & up sides of pan. Bake for 7-9 minutes in preheated oven or until very light golden brown.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add the chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, chili power and salt. Cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add onions and bell pepper strips; cook and stir an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp tender.
Remove crust from the oven and spoon chicken mixture evenly over partially baked crust. Spoon salsa over chicken and sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven; bake an additional 14 to 18 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Cut into slices and serve immediately.
