Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 2 tablespoons Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Slivered Almonds
- 2 teaspoons Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- 2 teaspoons Ground Flax seed
- 1/2 teaspoon Finely Ground Coffee
- 6 Ice Cubes
Preparation
Throw it all together in a blender, (fits nicely into a magic bullet regular size blender cup.) Blend until smooth, makes 2 Servings. Enjoy
