Tiramisu Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Plain or Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Slivered Almonds
  • 2 teaspoons Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Flax seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Finely Ground Coffee
  • 6 Ice Cubes

Preparation

Throw it all together in a blender, (fits nicely into a magic bullet regular size blender cup.) Blend until smooth, makes 2 Servings. Enjoy
