Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 lb Split broiler chickens
  • 2 tb *Uncle Billys VooDoo Jerk
  • Slather Sauce
  • 2 tb Molasses or maple syrup

Preparation

Slather Chicken, marinate at least one hour. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or cook on BBQ *The sauce contains: Peppers, onion, garlic oil, honey, molasses, cider vinegar & spices.
