Asian Sauce

You can marinate eggplant or any other vegetable. Add a few Tbs when cooking rice for nice Asian flavor.

Ingredients


Preparation

In a small glass or ceramic bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to give the flavors time to meld.

Use immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
