This is good any time of year, round or good chuck steak can be used.

Preparation

Beat the flour/pepper mix into serving size pieces of beef. Brown meat, onion, and garlic over medium heat, (brown well). Add tomatoes, onion soup, worsh sauce, and spices. Simmer 1 hr. Add veggies and cook until every thing is tender.

This dish is very easy, with the key being to tenderize the meat, and be moderate with the herbs and spices. You can always adjust at the end. Also be sure and simmer the meat until fork tender. [I posted this recipe.]
