Ingredients
- 4 -5 Chicken Breasts
- 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 bag of Doritos
- 1 package of shredded Pizza cheese (the kind that has mozzer
Preparation
Boil chicken until tender. Remove from bones & cover the bottom of a 9 X 13 baking pan. Crumble Doritos in the bag. Spread 1/2 over the chicken. Mix soup & Rotel together in a bowl. Spread this over Doritos. Sprinkle 1/2 the cheese over the soup mixture. Cover with remaining Doritos. Spinkle remaining cheese on top. Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes, until done.
