Preparation

Place cooked and crumbled sausage in a Pan 9x13. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine Bisquick, salt, eggs and mix well. Add milk and stir until fairly smooth. Pour over Sausage . Bake covered at 350 for 35 minutes. (I I didn't cover it.) You can mix up the night before cooking. Refrigerate. To cook next morning add 5 minutes to cooking time.

Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 437 Calories; 35g Fat (72.0% calories from fat); 17g Protein; 13g Carbohydrate; trace Dietary Fiber; 194mg Cholesterol; 715mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Grain(Starch); 2 Lean Meat; 0 Non-Fat Milk; 5 1/2 Fat.
