Fresh Mozzarella and Basil Vermicelli

Ingredients

  • 0.75 pound Pasta vermicelli
  • 8 ounce Fresh mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 1 pinch Pepper; fresh
  • 1 1 15 oz container Marinara sauce; (I use Buitoni
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat marinara sauce with basil and pepper. Mix pasta and sauce with cheese and garnish with parsley and more basil if desired.
