Slice Banana bread loaf into 1 to 1 and a half inches then beat eggs with cream or half n half, add triple sec or vanilla and salt. Dip pieces of bread into egg batter, both sides, might want to use a spatchula at this point,to flip them. Heat up your Skillet or Griddle. cook your breads till they are nice and toasty brown color on each side on med heat, i like to put a lid over so the middle gets cooked. Slice it in triangles, and Serve with your favorite fruits,drizzle with Honey,and a sprinkle coconut,nuts.
