Bacon Tomato Tartlets

Ingredients

Filling:

  • 6 slices bacon cooked, drained and crumbled (or prepared bacon pieces)
  • 1 medium tomato seeded and chopped (drain on paper towel to reduce excess moistu
  • 3 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup Hellmann''s mayo
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Split each biscuit into 3 pieces. Press dough into geased mini-muffin tins. For filling, mix together bacon, tomato, cheese, mayo and seasonings; stir well. Fill each biscuit cup, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Can make filling ahead and chill until ready to bake.
