Ingredients

3 chicken breastes -cooked and sliced
1 red pepper-grilled and sliced
1 green pepper-grilled and sliced
1 yellow pepper-chopped
1 orange pepper-chopped
1 large red onion-chopped
3/4 cup you favorite bbq sauce
1 can black olives-sliced
3 cups cheese grated-havarti,jack,provolone
30 baby bell mushrooms
1 cup salsa
1 bac corn chips

Preparation

in a 9by 11 dish layer the following:

Chips

drizzell bbq sauce

chicken

peppers

onion

olives

drizzel salsa

cheese

repeat layers 3 times

Bake in a 350 oven 30 minutes
