Poke the potatoes and bake at 375 until tender
While Potatoes are cooking
Mix the cream cheese and milk
Cook the broccoli and chop, then mix with the cream cheese mixture
Cut off the top of each potato
Spoon out the potato from the skin
Mix the potato with the butter and sour cream
Combine the Cream cheese mixture with the potato mixture
Spoon the mixture back into the potato skins
Bake at 375 for about 30 mins or until warm
