Ingredients


Preparation

Cut the onions and garlic and fry in Olive oil. Add tomatoes and creeam.

Cut gorgonzola into small pieces and add it to the sauce.

Add broth and sage to the sauce.

Now rub the cutlets with salt and pepper, put them into an ovenproof dish and add the sauce. Put into the oven at 150°C for about 2 hours. Serve with your favourite pasta!
