Ingredients
- 1 packer of rocket leaves
- 1 conference pear 1/2 pear per serving
- 1 block of stilton cheese
- 1 jar of French salad dressing
Preparation
Scatter a handful of rocket leaves on a plate.
Half a pear is enough for one person. Slice each half into 6 slices.
Scatter the 6 slices (per person) onto the rocket leaves.
Crumble stilton cheese over the top.
Drizzle the French salad over the salad.
