Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) Pizza Dough
- 1 cup Barbeque sauce divided
- 3 slices Bacon
- 1 cup Chicken cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 cups Mozzarella shredded
Preparation
Place chicken in a baggie with ? cup barbeque sauce. Coat well; set aside. Fry bacon; set on paper towels to drain. To bacon grease, add onion and garlic. Cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add sauce-coated chicken to skillet. Heat through.
Meanwhile, lay pizza dough out on a baking stone. Cover with 1/2 c sauce. Top with garlic, onion and chicken. Crumble bacon over top. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake as directed on pizza dough can.
