Combine milk and marshmallows and heat in microwave, 1 minute at a time, stirring between, until melted. Cool in refrigerator.
Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Fold the liqueurs into the marshmallow mixture. Fold together marshmallow mixture with whipping cream, just until combined. Pour into pie shell and chill in freezer until ready to serve.
