- 4 cups loosely packed lettuce (romaine)
- 1 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 0.5 cup black olives (whole or chopped
- 0.5 cup sour cream (optional)
- 1 large flour tortillas (baked in oven upside down over an oven proof bowl sprayed with
- 1 or a Taco Bowl Mold
Preparation
cook your meat with taco seasoning, drain, place back in the pan, add quarter cup of salsa, bellpepper strips,
have your tortilla bowls ready, how ever many that you make, Shred your lettuce very finely, this is best, add it to your tortilla bowl, then some meat then some cheese then some tomatoe the some olives and sour cream, and pour on more salsa,
and dig in
