Ingredients
Preparation
Chop the Onion, Parsnip, Turnip, Carrots, Celery, and Capsicum and add to the pot.
Cube the Gravy Beef and add to the pot.
Add 3 teaspooons of Beef Stock powder.
Add 2 desert spoons of Bonox (or vegemite).
Add Gound Pepper and a mmall amount of Salt.
Cover the mixture with water and allow to boil.
Simmer for approx 3 hours to tenderise the meat.
Add the potatoes approx 1 hour before serving.
Thicken the stew with Cornflour and water before serving
