Spring Salad

Ingredients

Salad:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup fresh watercress
  • 1 medium apple (your favorite)
  • 1 Low fat bleu cheese crumbles
  • 1 Pinenuts

Dressing:


Preparation

Salad:

Toss and lay a bed of spinach and watercress on each plate. Thinly slice apples and lay/spread to the side. Spinkle nuts and cheese lightly on top. Finish with drizzles of the dressing.

Dressing:

Blend/Food processor all incredients. Makes more than you need... so you can have extra dressing on hand.
