This recipe is a traditional south indian dish
Preparation:
First heat the pan and add the oil. When the oil is hot add fenugreek seeds and Onions.then green chilies. Later add the garlic and home made garam masala. In a seperate cup add chilly powder, dhania powder and salt in tamarind pulp, water. Then add the chilly powder and dhania powder. When the masalas stick immediatly add the tomatos. Now add the mixture to the pan and bring to boil. Now add the fish. Close the lid and simmer for 9 minutes. Later temper with curry leaves.
