Ingredients
- 1 slice of white bread
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of skimmed milk
- 1 tsp of ginger
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
Crack the egg into a wide bowl, and beat egg.
Once the egg is beaten, add in milk, ginger and cinnamon, and stirred until well mixed.
Place the slice of bread in the mixture, and allow it to soak up on one side for about 3 minutes, then flip the bread over for another three minutes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the bread.
Cook each side to your desired maximum.
Serves one, enjoy!
