Tomato and Mushroom Cream Pasta

Quick and filling take on the old favorite of Beef Stroganoff with a yummy twist that makes for a quick and easy meal! Great with Garlic Bread!

Ingredients


Preparation

In a Medium Pot cook pasta as directed.

In a large saucepan add oil and butter bring to medium heat. Add Garlic, Onion, Garlic Pepper, and parsley. Cook until onion is translucent. Add Mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add Ground Beef and brown. Strain of fat. Add soup and broth. Combine well. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, and lower heat to Low/Med. Add flour and combine well. Simmer for 1-2 Minutes.

Drain pasta and combine with sauce allow to simmer a little so that pasta can absorb flavor.
