Maple-Dijon Baked Chicken

A healthy and delicious recipe! This is one of my dad's favorites.

Ingredients


Preparation

Whisk mustard, maple syrup, 1 tablespoon oil, thyme, pepper and salt in a large bowl.

Pour into a large plastic bag, add chicken, and move them around to coat evenly. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and up to 6 hours.

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Put the chicken on a sprayed cookie sheet or in a glass dish.

Cook the chicken breasts, covered with aluminum foil, for 10 minutes. Then cook another 10 minutes uncovered.

Serve and enjoy : )
