Ingredients
- 0.5 kg minced meat beef or lamb
- 1 big onion chopped
- 1 bunch coriender chopped
- 1.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1.5 teaspoon coriender powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds crushed
- 0.5 lemon juice
- 6 slice of chadder cheese
- 2 tomatoes thinly sliced
- 4 tablespoon butter melted
- 1 cup mayonies
- 6 burger buns(for home made see recipe of "homemade
Preparation
Merinate meat using first 8 ingredients for an hour.
Divide meat into 6 to 8 portions & shape them into 5 inch circle patty. cook on an oiled griddle on mediam heat for 6 to 7 minute each side or until brown.
cut buns horizantally into two slices. brush both inner sides with melted butter and toss on griddle until warm.
spread 2 tablespoon mayonaise on the top of flat slices then place one meat patty then place a slice cheese on meat patty.
Then arrange tomato slices. If you want may use lettuce leaves. Then top with upper slice of bun. Arrange all burgers same way then heat up in microwave oven for 1 minute or for crispy top in prehaeted oven for 5 minute before serving.
