Preparation
First of all,wash all your vegetables
Deseed the pepper,peel the carrot,
then cut both into long thin strips
Hold the mushrooms on their sides
+slice the stalks off
Dry fry the chicken strips in a little water for a couple of minutes
Add the baby sweetcorn and carrot
After a minute or so pour&stir in the sauce
Then,a few minutes later,
add the mange tout,pepper+mushrooms
Bring a full kettle of water to the boil and empty the noodles into a collinder
Place the collinder over the sink+carefully pour the water over the noodles&loosen with a fork
Add the noodles to the wok and gently mix in
Continue to stir fry until all the vegetables are cooked,
but still slightly crunchy
During the last few minutes of cooking time, warm your dinner plates up in the oven or microwave before dishing out,
stir fries do have a tendency of rapidly going cold
