Ingredients
- 1 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef browned (depending on
- 2 cans of condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
- 2 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni or small type/shaped pasta
- 2 cups of water
- 1 TBLS. dried minced onion
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional) cheddar colby jack, mozzarella
Preparation
Brown ground beef in skillet pan. Drain liquids after browning. Stir in tomato soup, macaroni pasta, water and seasonings. Uncovered bring to boil. When it reaches a boil, turn to simmer and stir frequently about 5-7 mins. until pasta is tender.
May sprinkle on cheese and cover for a few minutes until cheese melts.
Serve with fruit, salad and or dinner rolls.
