Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (low fat if preferred)
- 9 ounces of mixed frozen vegetables
- 1 cup of cubed or shredded chicken
- 0.5 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of Bisquick
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the soup, vegetables, and chicken in an oven safe dish. You can use a pie plate or I use a 5' x 9' glass dish. In another small bowl mix the milk, egg, and Bisquick. Pour that over the chicken and vegetable mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
