Ingredients


Preparation

Mix cabbage, noodles, onions, almonds, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.

In a smaller bowl mix the oil, beef flavor packets, vinegar and sugar until the sugar dissolves.

Pour over cabbage and noodle mix and mix thoroughly.

Place in refrigerator for 1/2 hour for noodles to soften, and serve.

This recipe is awesome. I have changed a few things. I don't use sunflower seeds. I toast sesame seeds with the almonds. And I add 2 tsp of soysauce to the recipe.

The tri-color shredded cabbage we use also has carrots which make a nice addition to the salad. [I posted this recipe.]
