Ingredients
- 1 cup water 80 F / 27 C
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast

- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preparation
This is afor a 1.5 lb loaf.
Place on lightly floured surface, shape. Place on greased baking sheet, cover and let rise for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.
Cut 3 diagonalslashes across the top. Combine the glaze ingredients and brush the loaf. Bake at 400 F / 205 C for 20-25 minutes.
