Ingredients


Preparation

Faire fondre chocolat au bain-marie, Lorsque le chocolat est fondu, retirer de la source de chaleur et ajouter le beurre en morceaux.

Separer les blancs des jaunes d'oeufs. Ajouter le sucre glace aux jaunes. Ajouter ce melange au chocolat.

Monter les blancs en neige tres ferme. Ajouter au chocolat en soulevant bien la masse.

Cool down in fridge for at least three hours. Beat the rest of the cream

when ready to serve with a dash of sugar. Pour over mousse and

decorate with shredded chocolate if desired.
