In a saucepan, heat the condensed milk and 250g of butter until the butter melts.
In a large bowl, mix together the crushed biscuits, dessicated coconut and the zest of two lemons.
Pour in the condensed milk/butter mixture and stir well until combined.
Press firmly into a large baking tray and refrigerate.
Cream the 500g of cream cheese and 180g of butter with electric beaters.
Add two cups of sifted icing sugar, juice of one lemon and one lime, plus the zest of half a lemon and one lime.
Beat well until the mixture is combined.
If it''''s too runny, just add some more icing sugar untiul you get the right consistency.
Spread over the base, the refrigerate for three hours, slice into squares and enjoy!
