Red,White,Blue--Beans & chopped Tomatoes

a great side dish for any Fish entre'; this was used with the Snapper with eggplant & squash entre' Beans- Black, Northern White plus chopped Tomatoes seasoned with dried Rosemary, Tuscan, Parmasean-herb blend. Extra Virgin Olive Oil drizzel. Garnish with Sesame Chips

Ingredients

12-15oz. can drained of:


Preparation

Oven-350

Select glass oblong cook dish

spray olive oil in bottom and partially up the sides

open and drain Beans & Tomatoes

working left to right and keeping 3 section design; place

Tomatoes, Northern White Beans, Black Beans

Drop Spice choice on top of each section

drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil over entire Dish

Place a line of Sesame chips Horizontally across all 3 sections

[ or tortilla chips if you desire]

Place on top rack in oven; keeping the 3 sections separate

Bake 20-30 Min. add water if needed; Bake uncovered
