Ingredients

Preparation

1. In a large bowl combine eggs, bread crumbs, onion, milk, 1 teaspoon mustard, and pepper. Add ground ham and ground pork; mix well. Shape into 12 balls, using about 1/3 cup mixture for each ball. Place ham balls in a lightly greased 2-quart rectangular baking dish.

2. In a bowl combine brown sugar, catsup, vinegar, and 1 teaspoon mustard. Stir until brown sugar is dissolved. Pour over meatballs.

3. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 F oven about 35 minutes or until done (an instant-read thermometer inserted into meatballs should register 160 F). Transfer meatballs to a serving platter. Stir sauce in dish. Spoon sauce over meatballs to serve.
